Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. About Herald

Herald Vault ("Herald", "we", "us") is a service that helps collectors keep track of trading cards they lend, borrow, trade and offer for sale between friends. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must provide a real display name and a valid email address, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Cards, loans and trades

Herald is a record-keeping and coordination tool. Agreements about cards — who lends what, for how long, in what condition, and at what price — are made directly between you and the other person. We are not a party to those agreements, we do not take custody of any card, and we do not verify ownership, authenticity, grading or condition.

4. Marketplace listings and payments

Prices and locations shown on listings are set by users. Herald does not process payments and does not act as an escrow, payment agent or dispute-resolution service. Any payment, shipping or hand-over happens outside Herald, at your own risk.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • post illegal, counterfeit, stolen or misrepresented items;
  • harass, spam, impersonate or deceive other users;
  • upload content you have no right to use;
  • scrape, overload, reverse engineer or attempt to break the service.

We may suspend or remove accounts and content that breach these terms or harm other users.

6. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the names, notes, photos and profile images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, display and transmit that content so the service can work — for example showing your public profile or a shared link to the person you send it to.

7. Card information and trademarks

Card names and imagery may come from publicly available third-party sources. Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and One Piece and their respective logos are trademarks of their owners. Herald is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them.

8. Subscriptions and free limits

Free accounts may be subject to usage limits. Where a paid plan is offered, the price, billing period and included features are shown before you confirm, and you can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current period unless stated otherwise.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Herald available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We are not liable for lost, damaged or unreturned cards, for disputes between users, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Herald and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you breach these terms or if we cease to operate the service.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. For questions, contact info@ent1t1.com.
