Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. Who we are

Herald Vault is a service for tracking trading cards lent, borrowed, traded and offered for sale between friends. For questions about this policy or your data, write to info@ent1t1.com.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: display name, username, email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details that service returns.
  • Profile content: profile picture, cover image and any text you add.
  • Activity data: the cards you add, prices you set, loans, borrows, trades, requests, listings, follows and messages you send in the app.
  • Preferences: language, theme and email-notification settings.
  • Technical data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use it

To create and secure your account; to show your collection, activity and public profile; to deliver share links, requests and messages; to send notification and weekly recap emails according to your settings; and to prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. What other people can see

Your public profile — display name, profile and cover image, and the cards you own with their availability and price tags — can be seen by anyone with the link. Messages are visible to you and the recipient. Cards you are looking for can appear in the activity feed of people you are connected with. Loans, prices and private notes are not shown to people outside a transaction.

5. Emails

We send transactional and notification emails (welcome, password reset, follows, requests, loans, returns, messages, subscription changes and an optional weekly recap). You can turn notification emails and the weekly recap off in Settings; essential account emails such as password resets are always sent.

6. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run Herald: cloud hosting and database/authentication infrastructure, an email delivery provider for outgoing messages, and public card databases for card names and images. They process data only to provide their service to us.

7. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your profile, collection and listings; limited records may be retained where needed for security, accounting or legal reasons.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, to object to certain processing and to withdraw consent. You can edit most details in Settings, or contact us to exercise these rights. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Herald is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app.
